This included transforming all bathrooms, adding showers to create two full baths, and a complete kitchen overhaul, all necessitating permits and inspections. Additionally, we invested in replacing all windows, upgrading the electrical panel, and removing three large trees from the front and back yards. Although costly, these enhancements proved to be valuable investments.
